You will bridge business needs and technical execution to deliver product features aligned with enterprise strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Refine and prioritize product backlogs, including Epics, Features, Stories, and Defects, for sprint organization.
• Present requirements using analysis models, prototypes, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate system capabilities and participate in RFP processes.
• Transform complex business requirements into technical solutions with minimal direction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Product Management Analyst.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in data analysis and data mapping.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Visio for process flow and context diagrams.
• Experience with the Pega platform and creating process maps.
• Familiarity with ADO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, or cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certifications.
