You will manage the technical product lifecycle, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into functional and technical requirements with concise acceptance criteria.
• Define features and user stories for technical breakdown, planning, and refinement sessions.
• Coordinate Quality Assurance testing to ensure production-ready deliverables meet quality standards.
• Own the progression of deliverables to "done" status, including deployment coordination, post-implementation analysis, and support planning.
• Manage business, IT, and vendor resources, overseeing vendor deliverables against contracts and statements of work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience.
• Experience owning products within an Agile or SaaS technology environment.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in Learning Management Systems or Higher Education.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and determine IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Capability to manage vendor deliverables based on agreed contracts and statements of work.
• Bachelor's Degree.
