Description

You will oversee strategic transformational projects within the Program Management Office, acting as the SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer for a technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe Program Increments, ensuring alignment with business strategy and continuous improvement.
• Organize SAFe PI planning workshops, lead retrospectives, and manage cross-functional team alignment and delivery.
• Ensure SAFe principles compliance and facilitate the adoption of SAFe methodologies.
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership on Agile transformation and manage project financial tracking and reporting.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices using Jira and Confluence, and facilitate work delivery across Agile Release Trains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technology program management role.
• Proven experience in Agile Transformation and a SAFe environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence with experience in Agile best practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
