Description

Orchestrate large-scale technical programs by aligning architecture, engineering dependencies, and delivery across multiple teams and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical strategy into executable delivery plans by partnering with engineering leaders, architects, and product managers.
• Manage complex cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and integration challenges across enterprise systems.
• Drive program execution through clear milestones, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Utilize program metrics, delivery dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making and explain complex technical programs to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with program delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile reporting frameworks.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe) across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise-scale digital platforms, data platforms, or AI-enabled systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe-SPC, RTE, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or infrastructure platforms.
