Description

Oversee strategic transformational projects as an SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe Program Increments and align delivery with business strategy.
• Organize PI planning workshops, lead retrospectives, and manage cross-functional team alignment.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and facilitate work delivery across Agile Release Trains.
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership on Agile transformation and manage financial tracking.
• Ensure SAFe principles compliance and drive methodology adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology program management.
• Proven experience in Agile Transformation within a SAFe environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for Agile workflow management.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating large-scale SAFe Program Increments.
