Description

You will administer project change control and data quality processes for a large infrastructure program spanning over 20 workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Project Change Control process by reviewing, challenging, and processing change requests through to closure.
• Manage project data quality to ensure all data remains current and adheres to Program Reporting Governance.
• Produce and update milestone charts, metrics, and status reports using Azure Boards (ADO), MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Track and resolve project issues, risks, and actions, escalating roadblocks to the Program Manager as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration management, and provide training on Program Management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with proven Agile expertise.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira or Azure Boards (ADO).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience applying corporate project management standards, IT controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to navigate matrixed environments and communicate complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) or a large financial services firm.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
