Lead the planning, orchestration, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, managing all business, operational, and IT deliverables through every SDLC phase.
• Define and track project milestones while maintaining integrated delivery, resource, and contingency plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs to ensure high-quality end results and quantifiable business benefits.
• Validate financial forecasts and perform ongoing reconciliation of resources and project expenditures.
• Develop communication plans to brief stakeholders and represent projects in governance and inter-departmental forums.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience, including IT Project Management in complex systems environments.
• Proven expertise managing all phases of the SDLC.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience navigating highly matrixed organizations and managing multiple internal and external constituents.
• Strong ability to manage scope, budget, and quality parameters rigorously.
• Ability to develop project charters and integrated project management artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Technology or Computer Science.
