Description

Lead strategic technology projects and system enhancements across Rates, XVA, FX, E-trading, and F2B departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through production go-live, managing the full lifecycle including PID and BRD authoring.
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, managing resource planning and execution.
• Facilitate project routines including kick-offs, reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, quantifying business and technology impacts.
• Direct Front-to-Back UAT by coordinating between users and developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in bank capital markets as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience implementing Front, Middle, or Back Office systems.
• Deep knowledge of Rates and FX products including Swaptions, Cross Currency IRS, OIS, FRA, Deliverable Forwards, FX Options, NDFs, and Swap/Invoice Spreads.
• Experience with Fixed Income products including Treasuries, Credit (IG, HY, EM), and Agency Discount Notes.
• Working knowledge of OTC market operations such as Compression, Initial Margin Optimization, and Clearing (CME, JSCC, LCH, ICE).
• Understanding of the F2B trade lifecycle from execution (SEF/Off-SEF) through affirmation, risk capture, and settlement.
• Ability to operate within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Power Point.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Knowledge of SIMM IM vs Cleared IM, RWA, MPOR, Delta, and Present Values.
