Description

You will manage IT projects across Core Insurance Systems, Digital Transformation, and Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution as the primary liaison between business teams and technology delivery teams.
• Manage all project phases including Analysis, Design, Development, System and End-to-End Testing, Implementation, and Post-Implementation.
• Report on software metrics such as progress, defects, costs, resource utilization, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with program managers to meet large-scale program objectives and lead teams through technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Background in software programming and familiarity with building modern distributed systems.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record managing projects in Agile environments using Jira or Rally.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to participate in high-level technical discussions and grasp complex technical concepts.
• Strong business analysis skills to synthesize processes and lead functional discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.
