Responsibilities:
Support coverage for all applications with Technology stack includes Oracle RightNow (SaaS CSR platform) and PHP with SQL Server backend.
Maintain, troubleshoot production issues and enhance app. Perform Security scan, , upgrade and patching activities. Maintain ci/cd pipeline for deployments
With SLA handle support/enhancement/security and compliance tickets
