Description

You will support and enhance applications built on Oracle RightNow, PHP, and SQL Server.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance production applications across the full stack.
• Handle support, enhancement, security, and compliance tickets within SLA.
• Perform security scans, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle RightNow (SaaS CSR platform).
• Strong proficiency in PHP development.
• Experience with SQL Server backend administration and queries.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with .NET development.
• Understanding of AI concepts.
