Description

You will resolve technical issues and manage IT service availability for multiple customers. You own the design, installation, and testing of infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and test RHEL OS and Unix-based environments based on client requirements.
• Set up and test middleware including PostgreSQL, DNS, and Red Hat JBoss.
• Configure and test network products independently to meet client specifications.
• Lead or mentor junior engineers and conduct reviews of technical work outputs.
• Document configuration designs, operation flows, and technical manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, network, operations, or configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in setting up middleware such as PostgreSQL, DNS, and Red Hat JBoss.
• Experience designing, configuring, and testing network products.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements including reliability, availability, performance, and security.
• Ability to explain the logical basis for design, installation, and testing decisions.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts and deploy locally or to Japan for assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Python, or general scripting.
• Certifications in Red Hat, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, or cloud platforms.
