Description

You will provide first-level support for IT Infrastructure Incident Resolution and manage incident escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete technical requests and perform scheduled tasks on systems across multiple geographical regions.
  • Solve or escalate complex technical issues within agreed SLA/OLA.
  • Prioritize incident tickets and document all relevant information according to guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Experience working as a system administrator in a Linux environment.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration and Networking.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Databases.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing and AWS Platform.
  • Experience with Application Support, PAAS, IaaS, or SaaS.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting and Active Batch.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • RHCSA or RHCE certification.
  • ITIL certifications.

Any Graduate
