You will provide technical support, systems administration, and information services across a global multi-vendor environment.
Responsibilities
- Setup, configure, and maintain PC, Mac, and Chrome hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network and enterprise-level issues, providing third-level support to engineers.
- Develop, test, and deploy workstation OS-level images.
- Manage access control and anti-virus monitoring to ensure corporate environment security.
- Document all support requests and maintain the IT knowledge base within the ticketing system.
- Coordinate daily AV operations, including scheduling and maintaining equipment readiness.
- Manage IT procurement, including vendor relations, purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting multi-vendor hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Extensive experience with systems administration and service desk operations.
- Proficiency with Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi.
- Experience managing VoIP and video conferencing/AV platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Okta and cloud-based platforms.
- CompTIA or Microsoft certification (A+, Network+, or MCP).
- Proven ability in inventory management and IT procurement processes.
