What's the Job?

  • Support proactive AI awareness and education initiatives across the organization to enhance understanding and confidence in AI tools.
  • Deliver engaging consultations, product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot, guiding associates on meaningful and responsible AI usage in their daily workflows.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve adoption and impact of AI tools, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and community networks to facilitate enablement, onboarding, and ongoing support for digital transformation initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 core tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of supporting Microsoft 365 apps and experiences used for productivity, communication, collaboration, and learning.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and practical applications in business contexts.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and associated AI tools such as Researcher, Analyst, Agent Builder, and Notebooks.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to lead training and workshops effectively
