Description

You will provide onsite IT support within hospital and clinic environments, managing hardware, software, and application lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair workstations, laptops, IP phones, smartphones, tablets, printers, and scanners.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems while assisting in root cause analysis.
• Manage IT inventory and hardware lifecycle processes to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Act as a liaison between onsite users and Tier II/III IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure all technical work complies with organizational security policies and HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical support experience, or an Associate degree in a relevant field plus 4-6 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to maintain and repair workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with general networking and customer/server concepts.
• Experience managing hardware deployments, upgrades, and maintenance cycles.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in a professional manner.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to minimize user impact and meet SLAs.
• Capacity to work independently and manage tasks in high-pressure healthcare environments.
