Description

You will resolve data and reporting issues while monitoring and tuning performance across self-hosted and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues including system performance, permissions, data inconsistency, and application errors.
• Manage SQL Data Manipulation and Administration tasks such as backups, maintenance plans, and user administration.
• Monitor, tune, and configure production and non-production environments for sustainable performance.
• Assist with software upgrades, migrations, and data transformations.
• Document customer issues, feedback, and troubleshooting steps in the CRM and Knowledge Base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Transact SQL, including tables, triggers, views, and stored procedures.
• Proven ability to write complex SQL queries and perform performance tuning.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, including sub-reports, running totals, and linking tables.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with remote desktop tools like WebEx, Zoom, or Bomgar.
• Ability to work US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time).
• Strong communication and documentation skills for customer-facing troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with commercial construction industry processes such as Job Costing, Payroll, or Project Management.
