Key Skills: Linux/Unix, SIP Protocol, USSD, IVR, CRBT, Networking, Monitoring Tools, Ticketing Systems, Jira, Grafana
Good to Have Skills: Experience with Remedy, EGL, Prometheus monitoring tools. Knowledge of TCP/IP, ports, latency, and routing basics. Understanding of telecom VAS environment and operator integrations. Exposure to deployment activities, configurations, and change management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Paytm telecom platforms including USSD, IVR, SIP, and CRBT services for optimal performance
- Perform L1 troubleshooting for platform, network, and service-related issues to ensure quick resolution
- Handle alerts, alarms, and incident tickets within defined SLAs to maintain service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams and external operators for effective issue resolution and communication
- Support daily operations, health checks, and service availability monitoring to ensure system reliability
- Analyze logs and provide initial root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues
- Assist in deployment activities, configurations, and change management processes as required
- Ensure proper communication and escalation procedures in case of service impact situations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational reports for reference
