Description

You will manage customer inquiries and service requests for telecommunications products. You resolve billing, technical, and general issues across multiple channels while maintaining high satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via voice, WhatsApp, chat, email, and SMS.
• Resolve billing, technical, and general questions promptly.
• Collect customer data and enter it accurately into internal systems.
• Follow up on requests to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Adhere to contact center standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proven ability to manage Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Customer Experience.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to work in a structured contact center environment.
