Description

Manage outbound calling campaigns for real estate leads using CRM tools. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct initial client conversations to assess interest and schedule property viewings.
• Utilize CRM software to log interactions and track sales pipeline progress.
• Apply negotiation and interpersonal skills to convert inquiries into appointments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer outreach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and virtual communication tools like Zoom.
• Strong verbal communication, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of real estate sales processes.
• HSC education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate lead generation.
