Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling to potential leads to generate interest and appointments.
- Drive sales through direct telecalling engagement and relationship building.
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.
- Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating value propositions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telesales or calling roles within a sales environment.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills for direct customer engagement.
- Ability to manage high volumes of outbound calls daily.
- Completed Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales or telecalling.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali, Punjab.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education sector or B2C sales.
