Description

You will manage and optimize the Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure to ensure reliable telephony and collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) to manage call routing and telephony services.
• Manage Unity Connection for voicemail, unified messaging, and user provisioning.
• Configure and maintain Jabber for instant messaging, presence, and softphone capabilities.
• Oversee WebEx collaboration tools, including setup, integration, and user support.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform routine system upgrades, and apply security patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, and WebEx.
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, including SIP and H.323.
• Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Experience managing telephony and unified messaging services.
• Ability to perform system upgrades and maintenance for security and stability.
• CCNA or equivalent technical experience.
• Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting and automation for system management.
• Knowledge of cloud-based communication solutions and other collaboration platforms.
