Description

You will manage and maintain Cisco voice networks and UCCE administration.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Cisco Voice and UCCE systems.
  • Provide support for Verint maintenance and operations.
  • Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Cisco management tools.
  • Handle physical telecom equipment across premises and within the datacenter.
  • Participate in production support and on-call rotations, including weekends.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cisco Voice and UCCE administration.
  • Experience with Cisco voice networks and VOIP support.
  • Experience with Verint Maintenance & Support.
  • Proficiency with network management tools like SolarWinds and Cisco.
  • Knowledge of UCCE and Cisco Voice technologies.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Routing and Switching.
  • Knowledge of call center technologies and the ConvergeOne platform.
