You will manage and maintain Cisco voice networks and UCCE administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Cisco Voice and UCCE systems.
- Provide support for Verint maintenance and operations.
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Cisco management tools.
- Handle physical telecom equipment across premises and within the datacenter.
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations, including weekends.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Cisco Voice and UCCE administration.
- Experience with Cisco voice networks and VOIP support.
- Experience with Verint Maintenance & Support.
- Proficiency with network management tools like SolarWinds and Cisco.
- Knowledge of UCCE and Cisco Voice technologies.
- Ability to work in a global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Routing and Switching.
- Knowledge of call center technologies and the ConvergeOne platform.
