Description

You will manage and support Cisco voice networks, UCCE, and Verint systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Cisco Voice and UCCE platforms.
• Provide maintenance and support for Verint systems.
• Monitor network health using SolarWinds and Cisco tools.
• Handle physical telecom equipment installation and maintenance in the datacenter.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend production support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 2+ years of Cisco Voice and UCCE administration and maintenance.
• Experience with Cisco voice networks and VoIP support.
• Proficiency in Verint Maintenance & Support.
• Experience with network management tools like SolarWinds.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Routing and Switching.
• Knowledge of call center technologies and the ConvergeOne platform.
