Description

Manage and administer enterprise telephony systems and end-user communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer Avaya and Cisco Call Manager systems.
• Handle end-user tickets for Cisco, Avaya, and Zoom phone configurations and disabling issues.
• Perform phone firmware upgrades and hardware configurations.
• Support the migration of Cisco telephony systems to Zoom Phone.
• Manage vendor communications and support calls.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in telecom systems.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya and Cisco telephony.
• Proficiency with Cisco Jabber and Zoom Phone platforms.
• Experience managing Zoom meeting platforms.
• Knowledge of network design and telephony principles.
• Competency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Degree in any field of study.
