Description

You will manage telecommunications projects and technical implementations for contact center solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of large-scale telecom projects and multiple deliverables.
• Design and troubleshoot inbound and outbound architectures, call flows, and call routing.
• Coordinate with telco service providers for provisioning and troubleshooting via vendor management.
• Analyze technical requirements and resolve issues by exploring alternate designs.
• Communicate technical progress and project status to C-level and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of engineering experience specifically within contact center solutions.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications circuits, orders, and SIP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with E1 and T1 technologies.
• Practical understanding of network gear, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud-based phone systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in call routing and network design.
• B.Tech, BE, or equivalent technical degree.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA or similar network certification.
