Description

Manage and maintain enterprise-level VoIP and IP telephony infrastructure, including Cisco Unified Communications and Webex Cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), and IM & Presence Server.
• Configure and support Cisco Contact Center environments using UCCX or UCCE.
• Install, rack, and stack network equipment at remote sites for IT M&A projects and integrations.
• Maintain Voice IOS Gateways utilizing H.323 and MGCP protocols.
• Support Cisco Webex Cloud (WxC and WxCC) and Calabrio Call recording.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience specifically in VoIP/IP telephony.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity/Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), SIP Trunking, and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, IP addressing, Windows Server, and VMware administration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major.
