Description

You will analyze telecom expenses, optimizing costs and identifying savings across wireless, wired, and data services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level data reports, performing in-depth analysis and communicating findings to leadership.
• Establish and optimize processes for Telecom Expense Management, including invoice analysis and vendor payment monitoring.
• Conduct superior invoice analysis, auditing telecom wireless and wired data usage and charges for overcharges.
• Generate ServiceNow reports and verify asset records against wireless carrier portals for accuracy.
• Identify, recommend, and lead cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within telecom services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within Telecom Expense Management.
• Expert proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, and database querying.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data sets for cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Peoplesoft.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and summarizing complex data for executive review.
• SQL knowledge is required.
