Description

You will analyze telecom expenses, optimize costs, and identify savings across wireless, wired, and data services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level data reports to identify savings and communicate findings to leadership.
• Establish and optimize Telecom Expense Management processes, including invoice analysis and vendor payment monitoring.
• Audit telecom wireless and wired data usage and charges to detect overcharges.
• Generate ServiceNow reports and verify asset records against wireless carrier portals for accuracy.
• Lead cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within telecom services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within Telecom Expense Management.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and database querying.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets for cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financial challenges.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Peoplesoft.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and summarizing complex data for executive review.
• Required SQL knowledge.
