Description

Manage and monitor telecom projects from initial conception through to implementation in Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and drive efforts toward successful implementation.
• Establish project management processes and methodologies to meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure estimates and finalize end-to-end project schedules.
• Track costs, performance metrics, and service levels to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and manage dependencies while escalating risks and issues to mitigate impact.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of related project management work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize complex project details effectively.
• Experience using standard computer and software applications for project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP, Safe, or Scrum Master certification.

Preferred Skills

• Direct project management experience within the telecom industry.
