Description

You will plan, execute, and deliver telecommunications and voice infrastructure projects. This role covers telephony systems, VoIP implementations, contact center solutions, and network-related communication services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Oversee VoIP implementations, PBX systems, and Unified Communications (UCaaS) migrations.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements and manage communication for telecom transformation initiatives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Ensure network reliability by validating LAN, WAN, QoS, and VPN configurations during deployments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT or Telecom project management.
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies including Cisco, Avaya, Teams Calling, and SIP trunking.
• Proven track record managing telecom migration or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with network concepts such as LAN, WAN, QoS, and VPN.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
