You lead, plan, and deliver complex telecommunications projects across enterprise and carrier environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale telecom initiatives, including network upgrades, VoIP rollouts, wireless deployments, and cloud telephony integrations.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, managing expectations and escalating issues.
Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting while mitigating project risks.
Oversee the design and implementation of telecom solutions, coordinating service provisioning with carriers and vendors.
Required Skills
8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in telecommunications or network infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of telecom technologies: VoIP, PBX, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Fiber, Wireless 5G, Avaya, and UCaaS.
Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar telecom programs or complex cross-regional rollouts.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
Experience ensuring project alignment with enterprise architecture and security policies.
