You lead, plan, and deliver complex telecommunications projects across enterprise and carrier environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale telecom initiatives, including network upgrades, VoIP rollouts, and cloud telephony integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting while mitigating project risks.
• Oversee the design and implementation of telecom solutions, coordinating service provisioning with carriers and vendors.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, managing expectations and escalating issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in telecommunications or network infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies: VoIP, PBX, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Fiber, Wireless 5G, Avaya, and UCaaS.
• Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar telecom programs or complex cross-regional rollouts.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Experience ensuring project alignment with enterprise architecture and security policies.
