Description

You will lead enterprise telecom consulting and architecture to solve complex business problems within the OSS domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutioning for telecom transformation programs and technical implementation across the OSS application stack.
• Design high-level solution architectures, explore alternatives, and manage architectural delivery governance.
• Modernize telecom OSS stacks by running POCs and developing business cases and proposals.
• Manage change and release management cadences while leading technical solutioning for RFx opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer advisory roles across the OSS stack.
• Hands-on architecture design experience with Ciena Blueplanet, Netcracker, or Amdocs E2E OSS stacks.
• Deep expertise in Service Catalog (TOSCA, Python, BPMN), Service/Technical Order Orchestration, and Domain Orchestrator.
• Experience with Service/Resource Inventory Management, Network Planning, and Fault/Performance/Alarm Management.
• Proficiency in Closed Loop Automation and API-led connectivity.
• Knowledge of MEF, TMF, and GSMA standards.
• Experience with architecture and integration standards including ODA, NaaS, Open API, and LSO.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in Business Architecting, legacy modernization, and functional consolidation.
• Competency in Risk Management and designing resilient, fault-tolerant architectures.
