Description

You will design and architect solutions within the Telecom domain, translating business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and design thinking sessions to map IT processes and existing OSS/BSS implementations.
• Translate business requirements into designs, collaborating with product, technical, and operations teams.
• Seek ways to improve business processes and effectiveness using technology and analytic solutions.
• Deliver intelligent business insights by translating reports and analytics.
• Build and strengthen the Telecom practice by providing thought leadership to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 4-15 years of experience in Consulting, Solution Design, or Solution Architecture for IT Products and Services.
• Expert understanding of the Telecom Domain, including B2B and B2C business models.
• Experience in E2E Solution Design, Component Design, or Solution Architecture within Telecom OSS/BSS.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Knowledge of Technology Landscapes, including E2E OSS & BSS, CRM/CPQ, Order Management (OM), and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Telecom frameworks such as eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, and ODA.
• Experience with data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH and their mapping to OSS systems.
