Description

You will drive the requirement lifecycle and solution design for telecom and conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for IVR, conversational AI, and telecom systems.
• Design and refine IVR and conversational flows to improve user interactions and self-service capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications, BRDs, functional specs, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure solution designs align with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet requirements and provide optimal customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on telecom solutions and IVR systems.
• Expertise in IVR systems, telecom back office operations, and conversational AI platforms like Kore AI.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Basic SQL skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong background in system integration and testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to LLM and ML.
• Experience with BSS, billing systems, and integration platforms in the telecom sector.
