Description

Monitor the AT&T Esinet network within a 24/7 Network Operations Center to ensure stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AT&T Esinet to maintain network stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot network issues and identify resolutions from a central location.
• Provide incident response and communicate updates to site technicians and customers.
• Track technical problems through full resolution while maintaining current SLAs.
• Maintain organized technical documentation for all support cases.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience with Juniper, VMWare, Microsoft, or Cisco products.
• 3 years of experience with network cabling, network classification, and network topology.
• 3 years of experience in technical writing and maintaining documentation.
• Solid understanding of operating systems, networking, anti-virus, backups, firewalls, and switches.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience working in a NOC environment.
• 3 years of experience with VOIP technologies.
