Description

You will own hardware testing for IP telephony systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware testing for IP Telephony devices, specifically focusing on Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
• Interpret electrical schematics to guide testing procedures and hardware measurements.
• Develop and implement detailed test plans to validate hardware performance.
• Conduct measurements using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Verify product compliance against FCC and CE standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in hardware testing.
• Hands-on experience with IP Telephony hardware testing.
• Proficiency with Power Over Ethernet (PoE) measurements.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Experience operating oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Knowledge of FCC and CE compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science.
