Description

You will manage the testing lifecycle to ensure the reliability and quality of telecommunications systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing strategies for telecom systems to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead testing efforts across functional areas including CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, and Service Assurance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery processes within an Agile delivery model.
• Manage stakeholders and oversee delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS domains.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel-CRM, Netcracker, CPQ, and Kenan.
• Experience with Network Fault monitoring tools such as SMA*RTS, Netcool, or Ciena UA.
• Expertise in Service Order Fulfillment, Provisioning, Service Assurance, and Incident Management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and delivery management.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
