Description

Lead testing efforts and coordinate technical workflows within the telecom domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to review design documents and ensure complete test coverage.
• Conduct functional demos and clarify technical aspects of changes to cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the technical interface for issue resolution, driving closure and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Support testing efficiency initiatives, including test optimization and reusability.
• Participate in Agile/DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the telecom domain as a tester, developer, or QA lead.
• Strong understanding of telecom workflows including order-to-activate, billing, product catalog, and provisioning.
• Proficiency with ALM and JIRA.
• Experience in defect management and coordination across multiple vendors and teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Amdocs products.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and automation platforms.
