Description

You will maintain and monitor telecommunications networks, applications, and infrastructure within a customer service environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform availability and implement corrective actions for trouble isolation.
• Support mission-critical architecture and strategic corporate initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate medium-to-large scale projects.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide rotating out-of-hours on-call support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom Operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Genesys Framework, management, and reporting.
• Experience with call routing platforms and trouble isolation.
• Knowledge of Voice and Data circuits including ISDN, POTS, PSTN, DS1/T1, PRI, and T3/DS3.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SIP.
• Experience with Avaya, IVR interaction, or SONUS Gateways.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
