Description

You will maintain and support the organization's unified communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
• Support and maintain Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD).
• Handle mobile device support and management.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and communications problems.

Required Skills

• 2 – 5 Years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Webex, Pbx, Acd, Airwatch, Cube, Sbc, Sip, H323, and Voip.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including CUBE, SBC, SIP, H.323, VoIP.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, Apple Business Management, or Microsoft.
