Description

You will maintain and support the organization's unified communications infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
• Support and maintain Unified Communications Systems including Webex, PBX, and ACD.
• Handle mobile device support and management.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and communications problems.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in telecommunications.
• Hands-on experience with Webex, PBX, ACD, Airwatch, CUBE, SBC, SIP, H.323, and VoIP.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including CUBE, SBC, SIP, H.323, and VoIP.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, Apple Business Management, or Microsoft.
