You will administer and maintain digital fax systems, ensuring operational stability and architectural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and support contracts, including service level agreements and performance monitoring.
• Analyze system data to drive decisions on architecture, deployments, and disaster recovery.
• Develop usage, trend, and cost analysis reports for departmental stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and professional services to implement upgrades and resolve issues.
• Oversee incident support and automation efforts to ensure system availability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications or digital fax system administration.
• Expertise in digital fax system architecture, change management, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to manage service level agreements and support contracts.
• Experience implementing strategic and tactical plans for system deployments.
• Ability to manage disaster recovery and system deployment strategies.
• Monitoring of associated services, support contracts, and service level agreements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.
