Description

You will support VoIP implementations and enterprise network security in the Green Bay area.

You will own the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of VoIP telephone, voicemail, and enterprise network components.

Responsibilities

• Install and test VoIP telephone and voicemail components at hospitals and critical locations.
• Execute service ticket requests for complex telephony issues and troubleshoot hardware or software defects.
• Manage port activation, connectivity testing, user placements, and station wiring including cross-connecting.
• Program VoIP telephony systems for advanced call routing and conduct audits on business continuity processes.
• Document all repairs, installations, and wiring requests.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in telecommunication services or IT Hardware Support.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies and voicemail programming.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting service issues.
• Experience with wiring and voice systems.
• Ability to perform basic phone networking configuration.
• Any Graduate degree.
