Description

You will install, test, and maintain telecommunications equipment and cabling systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and test telecommunications equipment and circuits.
• Perform rack and stack operations for equipment and cabling.
• Label all installed equipment and cabling accurately.
• Execute basic networking tasks including CAT5/CAT6 connections.
• Work independently to complete telecom-related tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant telecommunications experience.
• Background in electrical systems and optical systems.
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic cable.
• Proficiency with basic telecom tools (screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, tape measure, wire strippers, crimpers).
• Working knowledge of basic routers and switches.
• Familiarity with CAT5/6 connections and #2-#16 AWG wire.

• Experience across various telecom-related tasks.
