Description

Design and implement Linux middleware components for automotive telematics systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Linux middleware components and applications.
• Manage process synchronization and inter-process communication using DBUS and other IPC mechanisms.
• Implement user space to kernel space interactions via HAL layers, including IOCTL, system calls, Netlink sockets, and sysfs entries.
• Integrate wireless standards including BT/WiFi, GNSS, and NFC into telematics workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in automotive telematics applications.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in C and C++.
• Expertise in Linux middleware development and application design.
• Deep understanding of IPC mechanisms and DBUS.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Practical experience with process synchronization and management.
• Working knowledge of wireless standards: BT/WiFi, GNSS, and NFC.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux kernel internals and power concepts.
• Understanding of 3GPP specifications, SIM provisioning, and configuration.
• Experience with Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) using LPA or SIM Tool Kit.
