Administer enterprise telephony and unified communications systems, ensuring network connectivity and service stability.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.
• Manage VoIP and telephony infrastructure, specifically Avaya systems.
• Support and configure Microsoft Teams communication services.
• Maintain network connectivity and telephony service stability.

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• 2+ years experience with VoIP and telephony, specifically Avaya.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Unified Communications.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft 365 certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 4-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
