Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government bids and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor government websites to identify, search, and download relevant tenders and upcoming bids.
  • Prepare quotations and documentation for physical and online tenders, including uploading files to E-Portals.
  • Manage company registration on various government and institute portals for e-tendering.
  • Attend tender openings, pre-bid meetings, and technical or price sessions as required.
  • Track the status of submitted tenders from submission through to result declaration and execution.
  • Coordinate correspondence, handle email queries, and maintain original contract documentation.
  • Generate weekly status reports to highlight progress on all active tenders.

Required Skills

  • 2-8 years of experience in tender preparation and bidding.
  • Proficiency in E-Tendering and navigating government tender portal sites.
  • Experience managing multiple proposals, tenders, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) of varying complexity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel across India for new business, meetings, or project-related matters.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) bids.
  • Experience specifically handling Government bids.
