Description

Manage operational aspects of a Teradata implementation and serve as the primary liaison between the client and the technical team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the end client and the Teradata team during professional services engagements.
• Manage administrative tasks and monitor the Teradata team's adherence to the client roadmap.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, locking, and resource contention issues using specialized tools.
• Support daily operations, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support backup/restore, disaster recovery, and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable understanding of Teradata Architecture.
• Proficiency using Teradata Viewpoint and capacity/health dashboards.
• Strong analytical ability to determine problem resolution paths.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to influence technical guidance without direct people management.
• Experience ensuring SLAs for availability, performance, and data delivery are met.
